2 lbs mushrooms
4 T olive oil
4 T butter
1 clove garlic
1 T flour
1/2 C white wine
1/2 t pepper
1 egg yoak
1/2 cup bread crumbs

Wash and dry mushrooms
Cut & dry stems
chop stems
heat 1 T or butter + 1 T of Olive Oil
Saute stem & garlic 2 min
stir in flour, wine, pepper
Cook 5 min
cool 10 min
mix in egg yoak
stuff caps
put remaining oil in baking dish
arrage mushrooms
sprinkling of breadcrums
dot with butter
bake @ 375 15 mins
